3. Counter-Notification Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complainant and will restore the removed material within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days, unless the original complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order.
4. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with our commitment to protecting intellectual property rights, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. A "repeat infringer" is defined as a user who has been the subject of two (2) or more valid copyright infringement notifications. We track all infringement notifications and counter-notifications to identify repeat infringers.
When we determine that a user qualifies as a repeat infringer, we will take one or more of the following actions: (a) permanently terminate the user's account; (b) block the user's access to our services; (c) remove all content uploaded by the user; and/or (d) report the user to relevant UAE authorities for potential legal action under Federal Law No. 7 of 2002. We will provide written notice to the user before taking termination action, except where immediate action is necessary.

All content on icpverification.ae and icpselfserviceportal.ae, including but not limited to the website design, layout, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of ICP Verification or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The ICP Verification name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ICP Verification. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this website are the trademarks of their respective owners.
